## **Create Folders for Assembly Kits or Work Orders**

1. 1Create a new folder for each assembly kit or work order. For example, name a folder **Starter Kit** for an assembled kit, or **Job 123** to track materials used on a job.
2. 2As you assemble your kits, move the necessary components from **Available Inventory** into the appropriate kit/work order folder. This lets you track which components have been used and which are still available.

## **View and Export the Bill of Materials (BOM)**

1. 1Once all components are added to a kit/work order folder, select the folder to view the complete list of materials, this is your BOM for that kit/work order
2. 2Click **Export** within the kit/work order folder to export the BOM as CSV or PDF
3. 3You can also view the BOM in the **Inventory Summary** report, which gives an overview of all items in your inventory, including the components in each kit/work order
