Creating a picklist is a crucial step in conducting an efficient and accurate stocktake. This guide will show you how to generate a picklist using PDF exports from your inventory system. The PDF will include QR/Barcodes, allowing you to easily scan and compare your on-hand counts with the list.
Steps to Create a Picklist
1. Select Items from Folders or Advanced Search

Option 1: From Separate Folders
- Navigate to the specific folders that contain the items you want to include in your stocktake.
- Select the items you need for the stocktake.

Option 2: Using Advanced Search
- Use the Advanced Search feature to filter and select the items you need for the stocktake.
- Once your search results are displayed, select the items you want to include.
2. Generate the PDF
- After selecting the items, export them as a PDF. This PDF will include all selected items along with their corresponding QR/Barcodes.

Ensure you choose the PDF export option so that you can utilize the scannable codes for verification during the stocktake.

3. Perform the Stocktake
- Print the PDF and use a scanner to scan the QR/Barcodes.
- Compare the scanned data with your on-hand counts to ensure accuracy.
