Entries determine how much information you can store in Sortly based on your plan. Each item or folder you create counts as one entry.
Free Plan Entry Limit
-
The Free plan includes 100 entries total.
-
This means you can add any combination of items and folders—up to a combined total of 100.
If you reach your entry limit, you’ll need to delete existing items or folders to add more, or consider upgrading your plan for expanded functionality.
Quick Facts:
- The item quantity does not affect the entry count.
- Item clones that share a SID do not affect the entry count.
- Every folder counts as an entry. Every folder is considered unique. No two folders can have the same Sortly ID.
- Variants with unique SIDs count toward your entry limit
Examples:
- Item A (0 quantity) + Item B (0 quantity) = 2 entries
- Item A (7 quantity) + Item A (5 quantity) + Item B (20 quantity) = 2 entries
- Folder Y + Folder Z + Item A (100 quantity) = 3 entries
You can always find your current entry count in the billing info section (https://app.sortly.com/billing-info) of the web app.
What About Other Plans?
Sortly’s paid plans are based on Unique Items, not entries. These plans offer much higher capacity and flexibility.
