If you have misplaced your password, you can easily request a new one through either the web or the mobile app. You can also reset your password from inside the app on both web and mobile if you want to change the existing password. Please see the steps below to reset your password.
Web
If you are currently logged in and looking to reset your password, you can do so through the web on Sortly.com (app.sortly.com). If logged in, you will need to navigate to the following URL: https://app.sortly.com/user-profile. Once on this page at the very bottom, you will see the button that says 'change or reset password' seen here:
Once you click on this, you should see a pop-up window seen here:
Here you are able to reset your password by using your current password. If you do not know your current password, you can request a password reset through the following link: https://app.sortly.com/reset-password
Mobile
You can now reset your password through the mobile app on both Android and iOS. To do this, open the app and go to the more tab seen here:
From here, click on the settings tab, you should then land on the following page:
On this page click on User Profile. You will then see this view.
At the bottom of the page you will see a button that will allow you to reset your password from within the app.
