* New : Report Subscriptions: This feature allows an Enterprise user to have a custom report that has been created by the user to be automatically scheduled and emailed to the user on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

* Update : 12 & 24-Hour Format: This feature introduces the ability to change the system time format to provide both 12 and 24-hour formats based on your preference. Changing the time format would affect the entire system (including alerts and reports).

Sortly will now allow you to mark all notifications as read, removing them from the notification flyout. Seen or read alerts/notifications will still be visible on the main Notification page.

* Tags: Color-Coded Tags

Tags now feature a color-coded icon in the tags sidebar menu to indicate whether there are items within that tag:

  • A white tag with a gray outline indicates that the tag has been created, but there are no items associated with the tag.
  • A gray tag means that the tag exists and is associated with one or more items.
  • A red tag indicates the current tag a user is viewing.

Items and folders now feature a banner, which helps indicate to other users that a new item/folder has been created and helps prevent the creation of duplicates.

💻 Web Feature Enhancements: 

New Reason for Deletion Feature

Sortly will now ask the reason for deletion when you delete items and folders. There will be a menu dropdown of deletion reasons on the deletion screen and an option to add custom notes, too. This information will be reflected in activity-based transaction reports, so you can track why (and by whom) items were deleted.

Folder Permission Update

The folder permissions section of Sortly has improved search functionality. Folder permissions now displays a window showing users who have access to the folder—and allows you to “quick add” new users.

Tags Homepage Update

Tags1

The Tags home screen now looks and feels more consistent with the home screens in other sections of Sortly. Additionally, the improved search functionality allows you to “clear” your item search in one click.

New “Below Minimum Level” Filter in Reports

Sortly now has a “below minimum level” filter in activity-based (transaction) reports and low stock reports, allowing you to filter by items that have fallen below the set minimums.

📱Mobile Feature Enhancements: 

Streamlined Photo Selection

Photo Picker

The mobile app now features a simpler photo selection interface, allowing you to more easily select library or camera when uploading a photo to Sortly. The app now uses the operating system (iOS or Android) photo selector.
