⚠️ **Barcode labels** require the Ultra, Premium, or Enterprise plan. Advanced plan users can create QR labels only.
⚠️ Sortly only supports the label sizes listed here. You must use one of these sizes based on your printer type and label type. Custom label sizes are not supported.

What type of label can I print with my plan?
**Advanced:** QR labels only
**Ultra, Premium, and Enterprise:** QR and Barcode labels
Are custom label sizes available?
Currently, Sortly is focused on expanding QR label options. We regularly review user feedback and may consider additional sizes in the future.
Can I use these label sizes on my mobile device?
Not at the moment. Support for new label sizes on mobile is coming soon.
Why can't I find my label size?
Sortly only supports the label sizes listed in this article. If your size isn't included, consider using a compatible size from the options above.
Can I create RFID labels in Sortly?
RFID label creation is not currently supported in Sortly.
