# How do I add and use saved addresses in Sortly?

Save an address once in Sortly, then apply it to any Purchase Order or Pick List with a couple of clicks, no retyping shipping or billing details every time.

## **Add a New Address**

1. 1**Go to [Settings \> Addresses](https://app.sortly.com/company-addresses)**
2. 2Click New Address
3. 3Enter the address details
4. 4(Optional) Select the address type: Primary, Billing, or Shipping
5. 5Click Save

## **Use a Saved Address in a Purchase Order**

1. 1Create a [Purchase Order](https://app.sortly.com/purchase-orders)
2. 2Select the saved address under Ship To or Bill To

## **Use a Saved Address in a Pick List**

1. 1Create a [Pick List](https://app.sortly.com/pick-lists)
2. 2Select the saved address under Ship To

## **Frequently Asked Questions**

How many addresses can I save?

 The number of addresses you can save depends on your plan. Enterprise accounts can store up to 1,000 addresses, while Ultra and Premium plans allow for up to 100.
