Each type offers unique features that help you track, analyze, and manage important information about your items. With these reports, you can monitor your inventory's location, quantity, value, and history, and see how items move through your jobs. Part of Jobs. The Jobs Report has two views: Jobs View and Items View. **Jobs View** Feature Details Overview Shows every job created in your selected date range, its status (Completed, In Progress, or Not Started), who created it, how long it's lasted, and how many items (and their value) are still in it Filters Filter by status or who created the job. Search by job name Sorting Sort by any column Drill Down Select a job to see its items and how many were added, returned, and are still out. Select an item for its full history, or jump straight to the Transactions report **Items View** Feature Details Overview Shows every item used in a job during your selected date range, and how many jobs, active and total, it's currently part of Filters Filter by Sortly ID. Search by item name Sorting Sort by any column Drill Down Select an item to see every job it's been part of, with how many units were added, returned, and still out in each one --- ### Frequently Asked Questions Can I generate an Inventory Summary for a past date? No, the Inventory Summary always reflects your current inventory. For a point-in-time view, use [Inventory Snapshot](https://help.sortly.com/sb/inventory-snapshot?hsLang=en) instead. How far back do inventory snapshots go? You can access up to 13 months of historical monthly snapshots directly in Sortly. Who can view the User Activity Summary report? This report is available to Owners and Admins only. Do I need a specific plan to use Saved Reports or Report Subscriptions? Yes, Saved Reports, Custom Reports, and Report Subscriptions are available on Ultra, Premium, and Enterprise plans. Can I export any report? Yes, every report can be exported to CSV or XLSX, and your applied filters carry over to the export. What is the Jobs Report? The Jobs Report shows how your inventory moves through your jobs, so you can see item usage and how long items were in the field. It's part of the Jobs feature.
