A user role is the level of access a person has in your Sortly account. It decides which locations they can see, what they can change, and whether they can manage users, billing, and settings. Not everyone on your team needs the same access, so Sortly offers these roles:
Role Comparison
Here is how the roles compare:
Team Members can edit items by default in the locations they are assigned, unless you give them View Only access to a location. For a Custom Role, editing items depends on the choices you make for the role.
Limited Access
Limited Access is designed for staff who scan, move items, and update quantities without needing full access to Sortly.
