Update your Billing and Payment Information

Updating your billing information on Sortly is quick and easy. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you manage your account and payment details efficiently.

Accessing the Billing Panel

  1. Login to Sortly: Visit our online portal at app.sortly.com.
  2. Navigate to Settings: Once logged in, click on the settings tab.
  3. Access Plan & Billing: Within the settings panel, click on the tab labeled "Plan & Billing". Alternatively, you can directly access the billing tab here.

Managing Your Plan

Current Plan

View your current subscription plan.


Manage Plan

Upgrade or downgrade your account as needed. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.


Updating Billing Details

Easily update your credit card information at any time. 


Viewing Payment History

Access your payment history to track previous transactions. Click the Receipt icon to download the receipt. 


Managing Seats

Add or remove team members from your account as required. This can be done from the Plan & Billing tab or Manage Team tab:


App Store Billing (for Apple/iPhone/iPad)

Navigate to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions or iTunes & App Store to manage subscriptions or update payment details.

Open the Google Play Store and go to Menu > Subscriptions to manage or update payment methods.



How do I change the email address associated with my billing?

If you need to update the email address for invoice receipts, please contact us directly.


What types of payment do you accept?

Sortly accepts all major credit and debit cards, directly linked to your account. Please note that Sortly subscriptions renew automatically based on your chosen billing interval (monthly or annually). We do not currently accept purchase orders or checks.


How do I transfer ownership to another user?

If your coworker, who was the owner of the account, has left, and you need to transfer ownership to yourself, simply reach out to us directly.


I was charged. How do I get a refund?

We get it—life happens, and sometimes you might need a refund. If you've made a payment and need a refund, just reach out to us directly. Share either the email linked to your Sortly account or the invoice number from your billing email, and we'll look into it.
