Once connected, Sortly automatically syncs your Amazon Business orders from up to one month before your connection date. You'll find these under Workflows โ Online Orders.

Yes! Once you're connected, your Amazon Business orders show up under Workflows, with the purchase date, total, order number, and tracking info all in one place.
Does Sortly add a markup to Amazon items?
Not at all. You'll always see Amazon's prices with no added fees or markups from Sortly.

Why don't I see the option to connect to Amazon Business?
Amazon Business is available on Premium, Ultra, and Enterprise plans for US-based accounts. If your account is on a different plan, or registered outside the US, that's likely why you don't see the option.
If you believe you should have access, here's what to check first:
you're signed in as an Owner on the account
your Sortly plan is Premium, Ultra, or Enterprise
your account's billing address/country is set to the United States
Still not seeing it? Reach out to Sortly Support with your account email and plan, and we'll help you get sorted.
Where will I see the option to Restock?
You'll spot it in quite a few places: item cards, item detail pages, your dashboard, notifications, low-stock emails, and the reorder page. You can also open it anytime from the three-dot menu on an item.
Can I restock multiple items at once with Amazon Business?
Not yet, this is something we're looking into. In the meantime, bulk restocking is available through Purchase Orders.
Will Sortly let me know when something is running low?
Yes! You'll get in-app alerts and low-stock emails, each with a handy one-click Restock link so you can act right away.
How does Sortly find the right Amazon products for my items?
Sortly looks at your item's details, and its photo when you have one, to help surface the closest matches on Amazon while you're restocking.
Does this work for every item in my inventory?
Sortly will search Amazon for any item you choose to restock. You'll just get the best matches when your items have clear names and photos.
