Can I use Single Sign-on (SSO)?

Single sign-on also referred to as SSO, is offered to our Enterprise customers. This adds an additional security layer to your Sortly account and allows you to use your traditional login portal to log in and manage your user group.

What is SSO?

Single sign-on is an authentication method that allows users to log in with a single ID to any of several related, yet independent, software systems. True single sign-on allows users to log in once and access services without re-entering authentication factors.

What SSO providers do you support?

The most common SSO providers that our company works with are OKTA and Azure but we also support many other SSO providers and typically work with your engineering teams to get this enabled on our Enterprise customers' accounts.

How to get SSO enabled on your Enterprise account

If you are an Enterprise customer and would like to get SSO enabled, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager to get this process started.

If you are not an Enterprise customer but are interested in learning more about SSO or upgrading your current plan to a Sortly Enterprise plan to take advantage of SSO, fill out our contact form here.
