In Sortly, managing your inventory efficiently involves ensuring that all items are properly monitored, including those without alerts set. This guide will walk you through the steps to locate items in Sortly that do not have alerts set, allowing you to maintain comprehensive oversight of your inventory.

Locate Items

1. Navigate to Advanced Search and choose either Date or Quantity Alerts from the filters
2. Choose the option Without Quantity / Date Alerts set and click Apply Filters
3. You will then see a list of all items that do not have these alerts set

Add Alerts

From the Advanced Search, you can set alerts in bulk. Please note that all items selected will end up with the same alert. If you need different alerts for sets of items, choose the items that will share the same alert criteria and repeat this process for each set. 

1. Click the checkbox next to each item and then click Set Alert
2. You'll then be able to set the alert for all items selected
