Using the Advanced Search feature, you can find items in Sortly that don't have quantity or date alerts set.

Locate Items
- 1Navigate to Advanced Search and choose either Date or Quantity Alerts from the filters
- 2Choose the option Without Quantity / Date Alerts set and click Apply Filters
- 3You'll see a list of all items that don't have these alerts set
Add Alerts
⚠️ All items you select will end up with the same alert. If you need different alerts for different sets of items, select the items that share the same alert criteria and repeat this process for each set.
- 1Navigate to Advanced Search on the left-side menu
- 2Hover over the first item and click the checkbox in the top left corner of the item card. Continue selecting the items you'd like to set alerts for, then click the three dots on the bulk edit bar and click Set Alert
- 3Select the field to edit the alert for, then click Next
- 4Enter the details for the alert and select who should receive it
- 5Click Confirm
