Sortly's Saved Reports are a powerful tool that allows you to get the specific data you need without manipulating filters every time. In this article, we will discuss how saved reports can help you save time, reduce clutter on your PC, and provide specific data to drive data-driven decisions.

Saved Reports Overview
Activity History, Inventory Summary, Transaction Report, Item Flow, and Move Summary Report are powerful tools in your inventory management arsenal. But with so much data at your fingertips, it can be overwhelming to find the information you need. This is where filters come in and is the first step in creating Saved Reports.
Creating Saved Reports
Each of the reports mentioned above comes with a set of filters to help you narrow down your search. Here’s how to use them:
Activity History:
- Click on the filter icon at the top of the page.
- Choose the type of activity you want to see (create, update, delete, etc.)
- Select the date range you want to view.
- Click Apply to see the filtered results.
- Click the Save icon at the top of the page to save your filtered report.
- Once you've saved your report with selected options, you can find it in the Reports tab under Activity History.
Inventory Summary:
- Navigate to https://app.sortly.com/reports and click on Inventory Summary
- Click on the filter icon at the top of the page, and choose the filters from the list on the right.
- Click Apply to see the filtered results.
- Click the Save icon at the top of the page to save your filtered report.
Transaction Report:
- Choose the Folder, Item, Transaction, and Date Range you want to filter by.
- Select the additional filters you want to view.
- Click Apply to see the filtered results.
- Click the Save icon at the top of the page to save your filtered report.
Item Flow
- Select the item or folder you want to filter by, along with the Date Range.
- Select the additional filters you want to view.
- Click Apply to see the filtered results.
- Click the Save icon at the top of the page to save your filtered report.
Move Summary Report:
- Choose the Origin and Destination you want to filter by, along with the Date Range.
- You can also achieve this by clicking the Filter icon.
- Click Apply to see the filtered results.
- Click the Save icon at the top of the page to save your filtered report.
Viewing Saved Reports
Once you've created and saved your reports, you can view them at any time by going to Reports and then clicking on the Report Tiles or the drop-down carats next to the reports
