Troubleshooting App Crashes
If you've updated to the newest version of the app but are still seeing crashes, try these steps in order:
-
1Verify data sync. Go to app.sortly.com and confirm your information is accessible from the desktop version. This confirms any data added from your phone or tablet has synced with the Sortly cloud. If your data isn't accessible there, perform a full sync of your items before taking any further action, including reinstalling the app. See the full syncing instructions here.
- 2Delete and reinstall the app. Once your data is confirmed to be available on the web version, delete and reinstall the app. This resolves most crash issues.
β οΈ If your data isn't showing up on app.sortly.com yet, don't uninstall, log out of, or reinstall the app. Doing so before your data has synced could cause permanent data loss. Contact our Support Team instead.
