Q: Why is my plan changing?
A: As part of our ongoing commitment to ensure that every customer has the right tools to manage their inventory efficiently, on September 18, 2024, we discontinued all legacy plans, rolled out a new plan called Premium, and adjusted the limits of all other existing plans.
Q: When does the change take effect?
A: At the time of your next renewal, your subscription will renew at the tier that best matches your current usage. You can confirm your specific renewal date and any other relevant details on your Plan & Billing page while logged in to Sortly.
Q: What if I want to stay on my current plan?
A: The current version of your plan will no longer be available on your renewal date. Please see below for a breakdown of the new and adjusted plans that are available. You can compare this to your current plan price and limits from your Manage Plan page.
