Upcoming Sortly Plan Changes FAQ

Please note: Not all customers will have changes to their Sortly plan. While this article is available in our help center for visibility, only customers who have received the link directly are impacted by the upcoming changes.

Q: Why is my plan changing?

A: As part of our ongoing commitment to ensure that every customer has the right tools to manage their inventory efficiently, on September 18th 2024 we are sunsetting all legacy plans, rolling out a new plan called Premium, and we’re adjusting the limits of the other existing plans.

Q: When does the change take effect?

A: At the time of your next renewal for the 2024-2025 billing cycle, your subscription will renew at the tier that best matches your current usage. You can check the specific date and any other relevant details on your Manage Plan page while logged in.

Q: What if I want to stay on my current plan?

A: Your current plan will no longer be available on your renewal date, but you can downgrade to a lower tier at any time by adjusting the number of items and/or seats to fit within a different plan. Please see available options at www.Sortly.com/pricing.

Q: How do I adjust the number of items?

A: Please visit our Support Center for details on how to remove items from your inventory to meet the new thresholds. To view an up-to-date count of your current number of items, please go to your Plan & Billing page. Once you are within the limits for the new plan, the option to switch to a different plan will appear on your Manage Plan page.

Q: How do I adjust the number of seats?

A: If you would like to remove users, go to the Manage Team page and hover over the seat (filled or empty) that you would like to remove. A trashcan icon will appear and you can click the trashcan icon to remove the seat. Once you are within the limits for the new plan, the option to switch to a different plan will appear on your Manage Plan page.

Q: Why do I still see my limits as higher than what you’re telling me my plan includes?

A: The new plan limits take effect at your next renewal, which is when you will see them appear in your account. Please refer to the question above regarding the limits ahead of your renewal if you are planning on switching to a different plan.

Q: Can I talk to someone about this?

A: Please feel free to send a message to reach out to our Support team with any questions or concerns. We’ll be more than happy to assist you in navigating the upcoming changes.
